Our printer uses the latest technology from Epson and therefore produces very good prints. The only thing you need to ensure is that you send a high quality graphic/artwork over for us to use. 600 DPI would be ideal, 300 DPI is good. But the quality of the print does depend on the resolution of the artwork provided.
It takes around 7 days for you to receive your order. Alot of t-shirts we have in stock but as we offer a lot of colours and types we have to order them in first before we can get to work on printing. However if you need a rush order we can do this, just get in contact and the prices will be a little bit higher.
Apart from DTG, there are Transfer, Vinyl, Screen Printing, Sublimation and Digital Printing
Yes we are happy to do this for you, just get in contact with us and send over you artwork and we can provide a rough guide on how it will look on your chosen t-shirt style and colour.
Unfortunately due to all products being made to order we are unable to exchange for different sizes.

No, the reason for this is because we would be unsure of how the print quality is going to look on untested garments. Additionally there may be misprints (which in the t-shirt printing industry can occasionally happen). and so by by us supplying the garments we make sure you get your order on time.
It depends, we would have to see your artwork (send it over to us on the contact us page). For simple things like background removal we can normally do this. Anything that would take a bit longer you would have to contact a graphics designer.
Yes of course you can, if you just wanted these on the back and nothing on the front then you will be only charged a 1 print area (please see our costing page for more details). If you wanted something on the front as well you would be charged a 2 x print area cost.
To allow us to keep prices as low as we can, the only payment method we accept at the moment is BACs straight into our account.
